Uganda Aviation Academy students on 13th and 18th April 2023 graced the Entebbe International Airport with their remarkable and outstanding appearance, dressed in full school uniform of aviators. They were warmly and affirmatively welcomed by the authorized and qualified tour guides and employed staff at the airport.
The students had the opportunity to tour all the three areas of the airport (Landside, Terminal and Airside). Students interacted with various staff from different departments of the airport who were courteous enough to answer all the questions asked by the students.
The students left the tour with newfound appreciation and complexity of airport operations and the crucial role that airport staff play in ensuring the smooth running of an airport.iss Uganda Pageant, Hon Flt Capt. George Micheal Mukula thanked the organisers for their resilience, adding that over the years, the pageant has been faced with challenges including the covid-19 pandemic, but they have not given up. The victor of the event Tumukunde Hannah Karema won a Toyota Wish, and she will represent Uganda at the Miss World competitions in Dubai. Ademun Whitney Martha and Premah Agwang who came as 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up respectively also won a scholarship to Uganda Aviation Academy.
